BIRTHDAY PARTIES

BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE

$235.00

EVERY PARTY INCLUDES:
  • Admission and skate rental for birthday child + up to 20 guests
  • Heated party room or VIP suite for 1:45-2 hours (may or may not include ice resurface time)
  • 1 can of soda per guest
  • All paper products and cutlery
  • 1 free Learn to Skate class for birthday child

Additional guest above 20 may be added for $10/each at the time of booking, or at the front desk on the day of your party. Skate aids (walkers) are available for $5/each and must be purchased at the front desk on the day of your party.

PARTY ROOM / SKATE TIME ITINERARIES

Birthday parties are available during public skating sessions on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. For every party, guests will have a party room (Heated) or Suite (Not Heated) for the duration of the party. See party itineraries below!

AFTERNOON PARTY ITINERARY

SATURDAY AFTERNOON PARTIES

  • 11:45 AM – Guests arrive at Blazers
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Cake and presents in the party room + Skating. Party room is yours from 12:00-2:00 PM, the full duration of the skating session. All skating must conclude at 2:00 PM.
  • 2:00 PM – Public skating concludes, guests depart.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON PARTIES

  • 12:45 PM – Guests arrive at Blazers
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Cake and presents in the party room + Skating. Party room is yours from 1:00-3:00 PM, the full duration of the skating session. All skating must conclude at 3:00 PM.
  • 3:00 PM – Public skating concludes, guests depart.

EVENING PARTY ITINERARY

EVENING PARTY AVAILABILITY IS SEASONAL. NO EVENING PARTIES ARE AVAILABLE WHEN HOCKEY GAMES ARE SCHEDULED.

FRIDAY EVENING PARTIES

  • 5:45 PM – Guests arrive at Blazers
  • 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM – Cake and presents in the party room + Skating. Party room is yours from 6:00-7:45 PM, the full duration of the skating session. All skating must conclude at 7:45 PM.
  • 7:45 PM – ICE RESURFACE. Public skating concludes, guests depart.

SATURDAY EVENING PARTIES

  • 5:45 PM – Guests arrive at Blazers
  • 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM – Cake and presents in the party room + Skating. Party room is yours from 6:00-7:45 PM, the full duration of the skating session. All skating must conclude at 7:45 PM.
  • 7:45 PM – ICE RESURFACE. Public skating concludes, guests depart.

ADDITIONAL PARTY TIMES

Birthday parties may also be booked on select Friday and Saturday evenings from 6-7:45PM or 8-10PM. Friday and Saturday evening times are only available when sessions do not conflict with hockey. To inquire about Friday or Saturday evening booking, or to check availability, please call 405-631-3307 during business office hours (M-F, 9:00AM-5:00PM).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES MY PARTY INCLUDE?

Your party includes admission and skate rental for your guests, a heated party room, or a Suite (Not Heated) for the duration of your party.  Sodas, paper products and cutlery, table coverings, and a free Learn to Skate class for the birthday child. Blazers Ice Centre does not provide birthday cake, ice cream, pizza, or candles.

CAN WE BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?

Yes! You can bring in cake, ice cream, pizza or any other food you choose to serve to your guests.

SHOULD WE ARRIVE EARLY TO SET UP?

We will set up your room for you! When you book your party, you select your color preferences for table coverings and cutlery. Our team will clean and prepare your party room so you can arrive right on time.

WHEN WILL MY PARTY ROOM BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF MY PARTY?

Your party room will be available at the beginning of your party.   For any questions please call us directly at (405) 631-3307 during business office hours (M-F 9 AM-5 PM).

WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE GUESTS THAN WE PLANNED?

Additional skaters, sodas, and paper goods can be added and paid for when you book online, or on the day of your party. Please inform the front desk of any changes to your guest list upon your arrival. We will make sure that all of your guests are included and that nobody is left out.

WILL SKATE AIDS BE AVAILABLE FOR MY GUESTS?

Skate aids (walkers) are available to rent for $5/each. This is not included in your birthday party package. If you would like to make skate aids available for your guests to use, these can be purchased at the front desk.

CAN I HAVE A COACH AT MY BIRTHDAY PARTY TO HELP MY GUESTS?

YES! For an additional $30 charge, we can help you schedule a coach to get your guests moving. When you schedule your party, you will be asked to select whether you would like a coach. If you select “yes”, we will find an available coach, and send an invoice to you for the coaching fee. This option must be selected at the time your party is scheduled, and all fees must be paid in advance of your party.
